Good things come in small packages. You see at our studio we believe in quality over quantity. We take no more then 6 - 14 clients per session depending on the style of class. All of our trainers are qualified Personal Trainers with years of experience, lots of courses under our belts and some of us have allied health qualifications. So this means we are able to help a wide range of women. Beginners, Elite, Pre and Post Pregnancy, Rehab, Disability and Seniors.  We have lots of different classes to choose from and our signature classes you will not find anywhere else such as Dance Fitness and Surf Sisters. 

 

We offer group classes, personal training, NDIS personal training, programs, motivational speaking and private hosted events such as hens parties and corporate training.
