Join on the morning of Halloween for a workout with all trainers for our spooky workout 10 minutes of Dance Fitness 10 minutes of Ashlees HIIT 10 minutes of Belles Boxing 10 minutes of Cassie’s Pilates Dress up encouraged as we will be doing a prize for the best dressed. Already existing pack members can also bring a friend for FREE, let us know their name so we can save them a spot.
