Including a 6 Day Surf Sisters Retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. Here you will join Angie (the OG Sister) to put into practice everything you have learnt, with daily yoga, surf, exploring, active sister work outs, pampering and more.

By completing all aspects of this challenge, you will be provided with a series of GOLDEN TICKETS that will put you into the draw to win the overall prize pack


ChallengE components


Attend Studio Classes at Margate or online throughout the six weeks. This includes pre recorded workouts from our library with follow along guided options. Option for body weight no equipment - EASY!


Accountability for you. With us guiding you, a requirement of the challenge will be to track your own daily tasks that are a mixture of movement, nutrition, lifestyle and FUN!


We have nutritionist and naturopath Sister Pam Hird expertise with a nutritional fundamental workshop kicking off the challenge. Weekly group coaching sessions to help guide you.


Greater sense of self - this looks different for everybody.  Access to journals and workshops we want to help you implement ideas in your day to day. Turning goals into your reality.

requirements of the challenge

  1. Goals and journal reset workshop via Zoom where you get the opportunity to connect with your sisters and set goals for the next 6 weeks
  2. Log into the portal each day and complete tasks around MOVEMENT, NUTRITION, SELF CARE & MINDSET

  3. Complete 20 classes over 6 weeks with us Online or Studio. Your classes are to be booked every Sunday  via the Wix App or our website, (sound easy? Right! Get those Golden tickets)


We know that life happens and you  may miss a workout here or there. Don’t worry you can make up the class through out the challenge with either an online class or back in the studio. The more tickets the better your chances!

Weekly commitment of $59 p/w or pay an upfront amount $340.





  • Are you membership based only?
    No. We offer both. We offer weekly and monthly memberships as well as Studio Class Packs from casual to 20 class packs. You book in your classes and these get deducted.
  • What ages attend your classes
    We are an inclusive female studio. So you will see a diverse variety of ages. At the moment we would say we have women aged 18 - 67 years of age. Our studio is about joining in movement that you enjoy, so age doesn't apply to us and we hope it doesn't hold you back either.
  • Do you have specific beginner classes?
    Our classes can be altered once we know where you are at and any health concerns you may have. We encourage the interval sessions at the beginning as they are a great way to go at your own level at each station of the circuit. These sessions are excellent to build up to fitness and strength training. We see a diverse level of fitness levels at our interval classes. We also recommend doing a PT session to get you started if you are anxious about joining in group exercises.
  • What equipment do I need for at home workouts?
    For home – Laptop / Smartphone and Zoom for Online Sisters, We would recommend getting yourself a mat, some 1-2kg dumbbells and a 5kg dumbbell as a starter kit. If you have heavier weights these can be used from time to time also
  • Cancellation Policy
    Classes As we are a small studio, we only take a certain number of clients per session. This allows us to know who our clients are and program accordingly. If you can't make a class session you must give us more than 8 hours notice to keep your class credit. If the cancellation is outside of this time period and we can fill your spot with our waitlist you will be credited. If we can't fill the spot, the class pass will be deducted. Personal Training As we only take a certain amount of PTs and your spot becomes your permanent time, you must give atleast 24 hours notice so we can try to fill this spot. If after this time, you will forfeit your PT pass that day. Please also note that we take our clients health goals seriously and invest our time as your coach, if we find our clients constantly canceling at the last minute, we will need to discuss whether you are ready for Personal Training. PLEASE ONLY SEND US A MESSAGE VIA WIX TO CANCEL CLASSES. (Cancellation notice will not be accepted via Facebook, Instagram or messenger or text message, this allows for when we are back to back that we only go to 1 place to check) PTS - please message your trainer.
  • Technical Support for accessing the Online Sisters portal
    If you are not already an Active Sisters member, you will need to create a login to access the back end of the Online Sisters. These instructions with a video tutorial will be sent to you after purchase. If you are a member, you will use the email that is associated with your account to create a login. These instructions with a video tutorial will be sent to you after purchase.

About Us

Angie is the founder starting off as humble beginnings back in 2011, with a new found love for aerobics and moving her body. It wasn't long until she outgrew her shed, hall hires, shared spaces and that's where in 2020 the  "pink" studio was born! 

Angie is passionate about women's health, fitness and well being. In the past 11 Years she has inspired thousands of women to move their body and do something they enjoy. A Personal Trainer with different qualifications under her belt, Angie has a strong network of businesses & clients around her, with a love for community and mental health awareness.

Meet Sami

She was once like you are now, keen to train with Angie and a lover of the Active Sisters vibe, this quickly developed into her taking weekly dance classes for Angie where her true passion lies. Now a qualified personal trainer and a head choreographer at the Studio, Sami is the Dance Fitness queen trying to make women feel empowered leaving the pink room loving themselves and working up a sweat!
