You don't need to be a surfer to do this 1 hour class. This session is a variety of exercises that surfers do to stay in shape and help with catching waves. 30 Minutes of balance, strength, endurance, mobility and functional training. Followed by 30 Minutes of Mobility Stretch and meditation. This session is like nothing else on our timetable. By joining in you will see results in your balance, core, and overall strength, endurance, stamina, and breathing. Ground work is part of this class, please bring your mat or towel.
