1 watermelon (cut into pizza slices)
1 cup coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt
1 bunch mint or fresh herbs
1/2 cup strawberirres, sliced
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbs pumpkin seeds/pomegranate seeds
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Mix yoghurt, honey and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
Cut watermelon into pizza slices.
Spread mixture over watermelon slices and arrange fruit and toppings.
Sprinkle with seeds or coconut, serve immediately.
