Week 3 since opening

And just like that our new studio has been open for 3 weeks! Thank you for coming to our classes and making those 3 weeks very successful. We have actually had to put on more classes because some were booking out so quickly.

Our most popular classes have been the TRX and TONE, HIIT and Dance Fitness. We are now trialling dance fitness over two nights. Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6pm. HIIT is now at 5:10pm and 5:45pm Thursdays? Have you been wanting to try the TRX and tone class but can’t make Mondays or get a space? Did you know that our Express Tone on Tuesdays 5:20pm we use a combination of TRX straps, dumbells, kettle bells and mat work.

Don't forget to check out coach pilates if you would like to get a toning session in on a reformer.

At the end of August we will relook at our timetable and see if we need to add or change anything. We love having your feedback, so thank you for sharing and ideas you have.

Moving the studio and working with Coach Pilates is proving to be the best decision I have made for my business. I keep getting asked what’s next? For those who know me, I always have plans ahead. I do have some exciting goals and dreams that I want to tackle after August. However for now I am just wanting to be present in these new exciting moments. I am enjoying all of my new and existing clients coming into the space and loving it as much as I do.
